Step 1 : Apply

Your loan officer will request some additional documentation and begin processing your loan.

Some of the most important details of the loan will be reviewed and approved during this step.

Once all documents have been finalized we will proceed with funding your loan.

Step 5 : Servicing and Draw Requests
Rehab funds in escrow will be disbursed during this step after completion of each third of the rehab budget.

After the loan has been repaid we will provide and record a discharge of mortgage and your loan will be complete.

All of our loans start at 11.99% interest, this is the optimal rate in our markets. Our company is funded by our own capital and private capital sources. This rate allows us to meet the needs of local real estate investors, our capital partners and provide exceptional service to all parties.

Yes, Easy Day Capital requires all of our borrowers to have some “skin in the game”. We will fund up to 90% of the purchase price and 100% of the rehab budget as long as the total loan amount doesn’t exceed 65% of the ARV.
